What will you be doing with the rest of your year rubies? Who will you be spending your time with and will you be doing anything to better yourself?

You cannot show up as the best version of you if you are not taking care of you first.

They say you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. That does not just count in financial terms, it also means the energy you have is the average of the positivity or negativity of the five people you spend the most time with.

People can really bless you or mess you up with their energy.  You must be so careful who you allow in your energy space on a consistent basis. So many people think they do not have a choice BUT you do. Your energy is your choice.

You decide who you let in your space, and if you let negative people in it is always your choice. If you are going to let their negative energy you must remember to take care of yourself.

Sometimes we get so caught up and worrying about other people that we forget to look after ourselves first.

Set goals for these last 183 days rubies, it is in the small daily habits that we make a big difference and change in our lives.
