Test and Review Campaigns
We run various test and review campaigns each month with rubybox subscribers. If your beauty profile matches the product, and this product would suit your beauty needs, you could be selected to take part in the trial. We will then send you the product for FREE so that you can test it in the comfort of your own home, and review it on rubybox. We will contact you via email, you can then accept or decline to take part in the trial. So be sure to keep a look out for our emails, as well as add our email address (hi@rubybox.co.za) to your contact list so that our emails don’t go to your spam folder.

Q. What happened to the old recurring debit subscription boxes?
A. The monthly debit subscription boxes were all cancelled at the end of June 2015. The last debit for these boxes was the 15th June 2015. We no longer offer a debit subscription boxes or virtual boxes.
Q. Can I still purchase the once off monthly virtual boxes?
A. At this stage we want to focus on introducing our rubies to great beauty brands. We feel that our test and review campaigns are more beneficial when it comes to finding the perfect product for your personal beauty profile.
Q. I can’t access my rubybox profile?
A. We have a new website platform which means that all the profiles and info were brought across to the new platform. However due to privacy policies we never keep record of our members passwords, so in order to access your profile you simply need to follow the prompts to reset your password using your rubybox profile email address.
Q. I am not receiving emails anymore?
A. If you previously had a login profile please check your spam folder and be sure to add hi@rubybox.co.za to your address book to ensure our email go straight to your inbox for you to see. Any new campaigns, test & review opt-ins or competitions will all be sent via email so make sure you are subscribed to receive our newsletters so you don’t miss out.
If you were only subscribed to receive newsletter then you will need to join rubybox and create login details to access your beauty profile and opt-in surveys.
Q. Do you send test products outside of South Africa?
A. Our new offering is only for South African residents and we do not send outside of South Africa.
Q. How can I be part of the trial campaigns?
A. In order to be eligible for the trial campaigns you need to have a complete beauty profile and a valid email address. We will match rubies to a product so that you test what is suited to your beauty profile. Once selected you will receive an email from us where you can fill in a quick survey if you are interested in being a part of the trial campaign.
