I’m always confused on what to eat for breakfast but after reading this article I’m definitely adding these fruits to my morning routine 🙂
I love all those fruits except for the Kiwi andSweet melon…Now that I see the benefits maybe I’ll consider trying them🤗
I have been drinking strawberry and blueberry infused water for weeks now and really that boosts my metabolism alot which explains alot here knowing that they ate high in fibre . Il definitely try add them more to my oatmeal and yogurt. 😊
Fruits are always a part of my breakfast. But mostly Bananas. Apples on the way. I love to stay healthy.
