Fuller Looking Brows with Makeup Artist’s Best kept Secret the ‘Shadow Brow!’

Any of you looking to direct your lockdown frustration to something rewarding? We have all had those “Huh?” moments when we see our favourite celebs with fuller looking brows overnight.
