18 basic Yoga Poses to get you to become a real Yogi

While everyone seems to be on the topic of improvement during lockdown. We understand that it can be hard to decide on what to improve because focusing on too many things at once can be over whelming in this already tense environment when are living in.

Some coping measures people have been using during lockdown is practicing yoga. It not only relaxes you but is also really great for your core and posture. Some other benefits of practising yoga is it prevents cartilage and joint breakage because when practicing yoga you take your joints through their full range of motion. This helps preventing illnesses like degenerative arthritis. It’s known to relax your system through slower breathing and helps you sleep better providing you with a deeper sleep, which we all might feel we need during lockdown. Yoga is also great for boosting your immune system functionality which aids in fighting germs and illness.
