    6 months into the year and turning 30 next month has opened my eyes and Iโ€™ve had an awakening. I want to try things Iโ€™ve never tired before like embracing new adventures, not only embracing those new adventures but embracing them solo. Iโ€™ve never been one to do anything alone, i always want to have someone to do things with and if thereโ€™s no one then those things wonโ€™t be done. Iโ€™m getting rid of this mindset and I am exploring and living life to the fullest. #Beatingthe6monthsSlump

    Best advice you could get especially now days we all going through the most and we are afraid to get help because we think people eill judge us not knowing support is the best medication that can make you come back stronger
