2022 is here and with that comes new haircut trends. We’ve got all the new trends so you can dress like you’re winning and manifest it while you are at it. Biggest trends right now are either to cut it all off or grow it out. Both extremes but both we can get behind.

You’ll see lots of buzzcuts and pixies and grown-out bangs that turn into layered haircuts. Either way everyone seems to be more adventurous with their hair these days and we are here for it!

The Boy Bob


Good news Bobs remain popular and will continue to dominate through 2022. It’s a classic and there are endless ways to style and wear it. The blunt boy bob will be the one to watch for sure.

Natural texture

Another huge trend for 2022? Embracing what we’ve got and accentuating it even more. Yes, you heard us people want believable hair – nothing that is fake. So put down that flat iron and let your natural texture show.

If you fancy a change without the commitment grown-out bangs will be mega popular. Having that extra volume at the front will give hair shape. Fringes in general will be on trend, but we love that 70’s winged fringe that’s shorter in the middle and really long towards the sides.

For the curly girls, a cascading fringe is it! These are cut around eyelash-length which help to show-off beautiful curl patterns but also leaves room for loads of styling options. What we love most about this is that it can be worn down or worn up in top knots with the curls shaping your face.

There’s no doubt shags have already made a complete come back but it has finally become more accessible to all of us. This year you’ll see more variations of the shag like midi shag, cool razored fringes with a little 70’s bang and layers that are razored, sliced and choppy with the length kept throughout the back.

Full hair is in ladies and just like that long sleek hair is big in 2022, with barely there styling. Similar to hairstyles like “The Rachel” and supermodel blowouts. We’ll also see a lot more layers being cut into hair to perfectly personalize the look to each individual.

    The natural texture look works for me. I don’t change my skincare routine much for my face when seasons change. For my body though, I switch from lotion or cream to body oil.

    Grown out curtain bangs for me! Less hassle hairstyles are definitely the way to go.
    I tried the short pixie cut but because I’m fat, I looked as if I had a golf ball on top of a hill. Ha ha! Longer hair makes me look a bit more in proportion.
