The 5 Commandments of Underarm Care
Do you struggle with body confidence because of underarm odour or uneven underarm marks?
Uneven underarm marks and underarm odour are caused by many factors, so we want to give you five Commandments that you can abide to, to care for your underarms.
These commandments will help you reduce darkness and odour whilst helping you increase your confidence!
Thou shall use a proper hair removal method.
Shaving, waxing, plucking, or lasering? When it comes to underarm hair removal, it all boils down to what works well for you in terms of your underarm skin condition, level of commitment and your skin regimen. It is up to you to decide what you can afford for your skin as some of the methods are pricey. Some of the methods are more time consuming and some require more effort.
All in all, you need to make the decision of what works for your skin the best. This is only possible through trial and error.
Thou shall take a bath regularly.
Poor hygiene and insufficient bathing will lead to an unpleasant body odour. One of the body parts that will probably experience the worst odours are the parts that don’t get much sunlight such as your genitals, scalp, areas between your toes, and UNDERARMS. Having good hygiene by bathing regularly with anti-bacterial soaps will help you avoid having uneven underarms and underarm odour from bacterial build up.
Thou shall keep perspiration at bay.
Sweating is inevitable. It’s a natural process that occurs in our body to regulate our body temperature. Even though sweating is a natural process, it does most of the time come with bad body odour and not to mention, a low self-esteem if its not controllable. To keep perspiration at bay, you need to ensure that you are using the right anti-perspirant for your skin. One that reduces and manages the sweating well.
We recommend you try the NEW Dove Go Fresh Anti-perspirant deodorant which has added benefits of 48h sweat & odour protection, ¼ moisturising cream & an alcohol-free formulation.

Thou shall choose a deodorant that works.
Choosing the right product for you is very important. Ensure that the product addresses your specific needs.
Thou shall pamper your armpits.
Pamper your underarms. Give them the weekly pampering treatment just as you give your face weekly. Exfoliate your underarm with a natural scrub once a week or you can body brush whilst showering. Be careful not to overdo it as any form of irritation or harshness may damage or irritate the skin.
We hope our 5 commandments will help you live a life with more confidence and less self-doubt.

Absolutely love the refreshing smell
I would love to try the new Dove 😍
I have always used Dove but tried the dry spray and am hooked. I go through it much faster than the stick but I’m OK with that because I like the product so much. Great smell, great quality and affordable too. Altough I always buy the ‘original’ scent, Id love to try the new scents as well. My pesky nasal allergies weren’t bothered or aggravated 😉
Dove the best thus far
Dove deodorant helps me so much with not sweating anymore apart from the fact that We smell fresh all day long, no more sweating detected here. Love the new packaging also , I have one more thing added to my list of goodies on things to use on my self care journey. These have helped me and my hubby become better people also taking care of us makes us fall for each other all over again.
