Boity believes that when it comes to working out it is extremely important that one switches up their exercise routine to gain optimal results. Boity does anything from running and cycling for cardiovascular health, to yoga and pilates for flexibility and core strengthening. She also includes weight training when it comes to adding all the right curves in the right places.
Along with a consistent workout routine comes a healthy diet according to Boity.
