3. Mediterranean Diet: This diet is abundant in fruit, vegetables and olive oil allowing for some poultry and fish. The Mediterranean diet also allows for wine, in moderation of course. 4. The Paleo Diet: This diet has been created to replicate what cavemen ate all those years ago, the concept is to stay away from processed foods and stick to whole foods. Celebrities who recommend this diet: Aisha Tyler and Kanye West

5. Juicing: This diet fad is a quick fix but it is not recommended to do for longer than 7 days, if you would like to juice for weight-loss think of it as a detox before starting a clean eating plan. Celebrities who swear by juicing for a detox are: Blake Lively and Nicole Richie
