How cool is it to live in todays evolving world, I mean apps which are able to notify you when you are going to get your period!

Period apps by no means are a substitute for a doctors appointment, but period tracker apps can help you log your cycles as well as your PMS symptoms to help you further understand your body. If you suspect something is wrong, you should always go see your doctor, but if you’re someone who just wants an easier way to track their cycles and fertility, try out some of our fav FREE period tracking apps:
