Make Your Own Hand Sanitiser!

With hand sanitiser recently becoming a rare and (lets be honest) an expensive commodity – why not make it at home following this SUPER quick and easy recipe?

All ingredients you will need is:

  • 2/3 cup rubbing alcohol (99% Rubbing alcohol preferably)
  • 1/3 cup Aloe Vera Gel
  • 8 to 10 drops essential oil (optional) We would suggest using scents like: vanilla, lavender, grapefruit, peppermint, or drops of tea tree oil – use your favourite!

Method:

  • Pour 2/3 cup rubbing alcohol into a bowl
  • Add the Aloe Vera Gel
  • Add your drops of fav essential oil
  • Mix thoroughly with a spoon
  • Put the funnel into the opening of a bottle & pour your mixed ingredients carefully into the bottle.

That is it! A super simple recipe to make your own hand sanitiser.

    If I had known there was a recipe for making ones own hand sanitiser would definately go this route. It really is a super simple recipe ☺ I Love fruity smells so out of your selection my favourite essential oil/scent is Grapefruit. When I try it will use different scents to choose my favourite☺
