Moisture Surge or Splurge
This product has been on my radar for quite some time now as every blogger seems to be talking about it. I decided to purchase it finally two weeks ago. I have been using this product for two weeks now and must say I really do not see what the fuss is about. It feels tacky on my skin and does not absorb easily. In my honest opinion, definately not worth worth the Splurge. The dupe Neutrogena has works way better on my skin type!
