STARTING STRONG [NEWSLETTER]

rubies, welcome to not just another new year, but a brand new era!😁🎉

Together in 2024, let’s tap into the collective power of community like never before. Let’s shrug off old habits and self-limiting beliefs and step into our potential. And to do all that: let’s start strong!

At the end of last year, I reflected on how important finishing strong is.

Hopefully, that set you up to end the year right: with time to not simply rest from the year that was, but rest up for the year to come.

Now that we’ve hit January though, I’m hoping you’ll join me and thousands of our fellow friends in hitting the ground running!

Come the 10th of this month, I’m inviting you to join me on a 21-day challenge of your choice…

You could choose to commit to daily journaling, or a daily workout routine, perhaps you want to start each day with a healthier breakfast, or end each day a little earlier. I’m guessing some of us would like to ditch the screens and endless scrolling and take back some time for solace and quiet.

Whatever healthy habit you’re hoping to kick-start, let’s do it together — cheering each other on like the queens we all are!

So for 21 days (from 10 January until the very last day of the month), let’s set our sight on starting the year how we intend to finish it: with confidence, a clear mind and a kick of added collective oomph!

Follow me to find out what I’m doing for 21 days, share your own pics and honest reflections, and don’t forget to use the hashtags #Together21 and #startingstrong so we can see and celebrate you too!

Powerfully Yours

Zimbini

    Happy New Year, Rubies.

Oh wow, thank you for this message.
2023 had been a difficult year and 2024 started off with losing a loved one. It’s been hard.

Thank you for the motivation and the challenge. Doing something as a community helps you stay motivated.
So grateful to be a part of a community that encourages and uplifts women to be their better selves.
