Music Motivation [Rise Up]

We’re firm believers in putting out every day what you want and what you are working towards. Music is one way to do this – by simply listening to motivating songs with powerful lyrics – whether it be in the car, on the way to work, in the shower or while running on the treadmill.

Andra Day is a musician and songwriter from San Diego California. Her album titled “Rise Up” was nominated for best R & B performance during 2016 Grammy Awards and she wrote her song to motivate and encourage both young and old.
