Terms & Conditions for WellPod:

Erican 717-27 (Pty) Ltd. – T/A “MUMBOX”/”RUBYBOX”/”MANBOX”, reg. nr. 2003/030684/07 is the owner of the WellPod Subscription.

WellPod is only available for purchase to Home Tester Club, Mumbox, and Rubybox members.

Once you have bought a WellPod subscription for the upcoming month, your card will be debited on the date of your purchase. No refunds will be given on any WellPod subscriptions.

All of the WellPod subscribers, who bought one of the “Espresso Pod”, “Flat White Pod” and the “Mocha Pod” will receive a daily wellness video, by email for the month they have subscribed to.

If multiple WellPod “Coffee Pods” are purchased, to share with friends, you will still receive one email that you can forward to your friend/s.

On the last day of the month, that you have bought a subscription for, your subscription will terminate. To continue receiving a daily wellness video for the following month you will need to purchase a new subscription for that following month.

Terms & Conditions for WellPod Learn & Win Competition:

  1. WellPod is running a monthly ‘Learn & Win’ competition.
  2. The competition is exclusively open to all Home Tester Club, Mumbox, and Rubybox members who also subscribe to WellPod for that month, except employees of Erican 717-27 (Pty) Ltd and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization.
  3. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
  4. Only the WellPod subscribers for that respective month, that also answer the Learn & Win survey question for that month correctly, will be added to the draw for that respective month.
  5. Every WellPod “coffee pod” subscription will entitle the member to an entry in the competition if that member answers the Learn & Win survey question correctly. If the member bought more than one subscription, to share with friends, each subscription bought for that month will give the member an entry.
  6. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  7. The Learn & Win competition will open for entries on the 15th of the month.
  8. The competition will run for five (5) days. The closing date for entry is on the 20th of the same month. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  10. Only the Learn & Win entries that provided the correct answer to the Learn & Win competition survey question will successfully be included into the draw.
  11. The competition winner will be drawn randomly from all successful entries into the Learn & Win competition and the winner will be announced by email on the 25th of the same month.
  12. The value of the prize that the competition winner will receive is x1000 of the value of the WellPod “coffee pod” purchased. Therefore, in line with the terms and conditions of the competition
    1. If the winner of the draw purchased an “Espresso” Pod for that month for R28 (including VAT) the x 1000 prize value is R28,000 only.
    2. If the winner of the draw purchased a “Flat White” Pod for that month for R34 (including VAT) the x 1000 prize value is R34,000 only.
    3. If the winner of the draw purchased a “Mocha” Pod for that month for R28 (including VAT) the x 1000 prize value is R28,000 only.
    4. If the winner of the draw purchased multiple WellPod “coffee pod” subscriptions for that month, each entry will correspond with the value/s of the “coffee pods” purchased. The winner will only be entitled to the x1000 value of the pod that was drawn and not the highest value of the “coffee pod” subscriptions purchased for that month.
  13. The winner of the competition prize will be paid by EFT transfer into a local South African bank account only.
  14. The bank details will need to be provided by the winner via email only.
  15. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for the processing of the transaction. Transactions may take a few days to reflect into a bank account.
