It’s perfect on my gums and breath . Especially at night , you don’t wake up with bad breath . But I don’t see much difference on my teeth . I’m a regular black coffee drinker and red wine person. The toothpaste didn’t last long . Meaning I would need about 4 toothpaste for my whole family for a month . Which I won’t be able to afford. Overall it’s a great product
