It was a great event indeed and my highlight was when a guest speaker Leanne Williams speaking about her struggles in the entertainment industry up until here now, it was powerful I enjoyed it.

Rubybox outdid themselves!
Sooo I’ve ALWAYS wanted to go to the Rise up event. Since it started in Cape Town and went to Johannesburg, I was crossing fingers that it comes to Durban. I nearly booked for JHB!
The event was great! So fun and so informative. It was lovely meeting other rubies and the Rubybox team. I enjoyed the financial advise and the fashion advice. Oh and Dr Eve! Interesting.
Looking forward to attending more Rubybox events in the future.
