I highly recommend these amazing pads, you can go about your day without worrying about anything, i jogged and did my exercises whilst on a heavy period , they absolutely amazing and i love that they are thin , they fit perfectly like a second skin. great that you don’t have to rearrange your daily routine just because you are on your period
