This wash has completely changed my life. I have suffered with recurrent thrush every month after my period for the last 3 months. It’s usually triggered by illness (usually thrush follows after I’m sick / run down) or hormonal changes, I went off my hormonal birth control recently and had a vaccination and it was the perfect time to trigger my never ending thrush that comes like clockwork. I had finished 2 courses of over the counter antifungals the last 2 months (one week each) and next step was heading to the doctor for the usual oral and vaginal antibiotics.
I’ve started this wash together with the capsules and no thrush! I’ve had my 2nd vaccination and I was so sure it will trigger another bout of thrush but I feel great for the first time since August. The pain that comes with the thrush was unbearable. Haven’t been miserable like that in a long time.
200% recommend this product. Will only be using the ultimate wash from now on and keep the capsules on hand. Definitely worth a try if you struggle with recurrent thrush or even just discomfort.
