Morning Metabolism Boost.
We found this video made by Hannah Sunderani and we thought it would be great to share with you, our rubies. We know that some of us (rubybox HQ included) have been struggling to stick with our normal daily healthy eating habits. We don’t blame ourselves cause, after all, it’s not our fault that we craving chocolate during the 3rd straight hour of watching Netflix – right?
We always believe that it’s small changes that make an impact and slowly get you back on track. Which is why we are here for this. For best results drink first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything else. It’s great for the metabolism, immune system and it gets things moving (erm..you know what we mean).
