Morning Metabolism Boost.

We found this video made by Hannah Sunderani and we thought it would be great to share with you, our rubies. We know that some of us (rubybox HQ included) have been struggling to stick with our normal daily healthy eating habits. We don’t blame ourselves cause, after all, it’s not our fault that we craving chocolate during the 3rd straight hour of watching Netflix – right?

We always believe that it’s small changes that make an impact and slowly get you back on track. Which is why we are here for this. For best results drink first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything else. It’s great for the metabolism, immune system and it gets things moving (erm..you know what we mean).

Morning Metabolism Boost!🔥💛 To help get back on the health train by starting first thing. I drink this every morning when I wake up, before breakfast. It’s great for the metabolism, immune system and it gets things moving (if you know what I mean!). So easy to add to your daily routine. I’ve copied the recipe below👇, and you can find it on the blog. Happy sipping!💪 #twospoons . . Recipe: 1 piece ginger (about the size of your finger), plus more if desired 500 ml filtered water 1 stick cinnamon 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar pinch cayenne, to taste . . Directions: 1. Slice your ginger into thin slices and add to water jug. Pour in filtered water and add cinnamon stick. Place in fridge to steep overnight. 2. In the morning, juice 1/2 lemon and pour into a cup. Add apple cider vinegar and 1 to 2 oz. of the infused water. (Optional to add more water to dilute if too strong). Add a pinch cayenne to taste. . . . . Recipe:

  • 1 piece ginger

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch cayenne, to taste
