How To Get Glowing Skin

The secret to glowing skin is unfortunately not in that highlighter palette of yours. To get this permanent healthy glow, which leaves you looking like you are fresh off vacation comes with a combination of products, practice and a lot of patiences.

Face massage – A quick face massage can go a long way. Use your fingertips to gentle massage a serum or oil into your face before applying makeup. This will stimulate blood flow and wake up your entire complexion.

Give your foundation a boost – Mix a few drops of luminizer with your moisturiser or foundation. This will create an even, sheer layer leaving your skin with a much more natural glow in comparison to that left behind from a highlighter.

Don’t forget your toner – Use toner before serum or moisturiser. Toner is like a glass of water for your skin, because if your skin is hydrated serums and creams can penetrate the skin deeper.

Strengthen skin barrier – It is extremely important to protect the outermost layer of your skin. To do so, we advise you to use an overnight soothing gel or sleep with an overnight mask on. This rehydrates your skin leaving it looking rejuvenated when waking up.

Add Vit C – Apple a couple of drops of vitamin C serum underneath your SPF in the morning. This will target free radical damage, help lighten spots and even out your skin town.

Try microneedling – Microneedling is a procedure which adds in hydrating the skin while stimulating new collagen production. We highly recommend giving it a go!

Don’t swipe – When apply your foundation avoiding the motion of swiping the brush across your face. This will leave a streaky look, rather use light circular motions to achieve a seamless look.

Pay your pores some attention – When removing black heads your skin automatically looks a lot more flawless. We suggest you try out Biore deep cleansing pore strips for optimum results.

Layer textures – To add that extra glow use a powder highlighter on top of a cream. This will give you a subtle ultimate glimmer.

Don’t skimp on the masks – When you face looks tired, use sheet masks, up to one every second day for a week to hydrate your skin leaving it looking smooth for weeks on end.
