2. The Keto Diet: The Keto diet is well known for being a low carb diet, where the body produces ketones which it in turn uses to produce energy. Celebrities who recommend this diet: Halle Berry

3. Mediterranean Diet: This diet is abundant in fruit, vegetables and olive oil allowing for some poultry and fish. The Mediterranean diet also allows for wine, in moderation of course. It is a lifestyle diet which originates from the countries bordering the Mediterranean sea. Celebrities who recommend this diet: Penelope Cruz

4. The Paleo Diet: This diet has been created to replicate what cavemen ate all those years ago, the concept is to stay away from processed foods and stick to whole foods. Celebrities who recommend this diet: Aisha Tyler and Kanye West

5. Juicing: This diet fad is a quick fix but it is not recommended to do for longer than 7 days, if you would like to juice for weight-loss think of it as a detox before starting a clean eating plan. Celebrities who swear by juicing for a detox are: Blake Lively and Nicole Richie
