The yolks in particular, are the most beneficial as they’re full of skin clearing selenium, zinc and protein, among other vitamins. Selenium and zinc are great for problematic acne as well as ezcema.

AVOCADOS

Not only do these taste amazing, but they are great for your skin as they are omega rich and known to be a strong source of vitamin E, which works to boosts the skin’s vitality and achieving that 'glow'. Vitamin E is also a fantastic sun blocker, helping to protect the skin against the sun's damaging UV rays.

WATER

No, water isn’t technically a food, but it’s the oldest trick in the book, and the easiest way to keep your skin gorgeously glowing. Water helps with a healthy metabolism, which will in turn keep skin healthy and glowing. Try swapping your usual cup of tea or coffee for a herbal tea such as green tea (we prefer green tea with mint as this helps with the bitter green tea taste).
